Alexander Hamilton (Milwaukee, WI) defeated Concord (NC) 60-57 in overtime to advance to the fifth place game of the 2009 Beach Ball Classic.

With the game tied at 57-57, Chuck Lee stole the ball and connected on a driving layup to give Alexander Hamilton a 59-57 lead with just 0:25 remaining.

Jacquise Moore missed a jumper that would have toed the game for Concord.  Itavian Belcher was fouled and made one of two free throws to give the Wildcats a 60-57 lead with just nine seconds on the clock.  Concord's Griffin Templeton missed a 3-point attempt with four seconds remaining.

Alexander Hamilton (5-1) was led with 16 points each by Lee and Elgin Cook, who also grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds.  Belcher added 10 points and 10 boards off of he bench for the Wildcats.

C.J. Gridine paced Concord with 12 points and seven boards.
