St. Frances (Baltimore, MD) scored a 64-52 victory over J.L. Mann (Central, SC) to set up an all-Baltimore consolation bracket final of the 2009 Beach Ball Classic.

St. Frances will face Mount St. Jospeh in the consolation bracket championship game on Thursday.  Both teams are members of the Maryland Interschoolastic Athletic Association and will face each other in a league contest when they return home on January 5, 2010.

The Panthers (8-4) led from the opening tip and built leads as large as 13 points on the way to the win.  Dante Holmes paced St. Frances with 21 points and seven rebounds.  Ronald Williams and Wayne Sparrow added 14 points each.

Daniel (6-2) was led by Antonio Cannon's 15 points.  DeAndre Hopkins, who has signed to play football at Clemson, posted 12 points, five bords, six assists, three steals and two blocks.
